-Items not paid within 2 days will be put up for sale again thereafter
-We prefer POSB/DBS transfer
-Concealed Cash is at buyers own risk

-Please try not to haggle/bargain unless you are getting more than 2 items.
-Discounts will be given accordingly

-Please add an additional $2.20 to register your mail
-We take extra care to provide bubble wrap etc. for our pieces
-We are not responsible for items lost in the mail- therefore opt for registered mail.

We are a pair of sisters who love shopping and traveling and came up with this joint venture.

2)Were do you get your stuff from?
We source them out ourselves either locally or overseas. Mostly in Hong Kong, USA, Korea.

4) How do we know you're not out to cheat us?
Our credibility is something we take utmost pride in. We ship out your items prompty.

3)Are customizations available?
Yes there are! But it depends on the availability of our materials and capabilites so do inquire first.

5) Why are your items so overpriced?
We definitely will not overcharge you nor will we rip you off, we feel that everything on our site is reasonably priced, factoring in exclusivity as well. All pieces done takes time and effort to make as well as searching for materials and parts. We can definitely vouch for the exclusivity of the items as they are sourced with alot of effort. Therefore, no remakes is possible.

6) I haven't received an item that i purchased. What do i do?
All items are sent out through Singpost and in the even that a package gets lost so perhaps, give it at least a week, and we will do the utmost best to locate it.
To play safe, always opt for registered mail!
